Motor Vehicle Collision on Linford Pierson Highway
Just before 9:45AM on Thursday morning, 9 January, police and other emergency services were dispatched by to a motor vehicle collision that took place on the Linford Pierson Highway in George Town.

Shortly after 7:00PM on Sunday, 5 January, officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Bodden Town Road east of Lakeview Drive. A vehicle had been travelling in the eastbound lane when it left the roadway and collided with a tree.
Motesha Mothen, age 16 of Bodden Town, absconded on Friday, 3 January, and has not returned home or been located since.
The RCIPS carried out Operation Azurite Two (2) during the month of December which allowed for high visibility patrols and provide a focused approach to persons driving under the influence of alcohol as well as a host of other traffic related offenses.
The RCIPS is reminding the public that intensified holiday road enforcement operations continue through today, New Year’s Eve, and into New Year’s Day.
Shortly before 1:00AM on Monday, 30 December, officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on the Queens Highway in East End.

At about 9:00PM on Thursday, 19 December, officers responded to a report of a serious assault at an address off Captains Joe and Osbert Road in West Bay.
Just after 10:30AM on Sunday 15 December, officers of the RCIPS executed a search warrant at a liquor license premise located off Dorcy Drive, in George Town, issued under the Gambling law.
