Shortly after 12:50AM on Wednesday, 23 October, officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision which had taken place along North Sound Road, near Portland Road, involving a motorcycle and a black Honda CR-V. Following the collision, the Honda continued driving and left the scene.
