Shortly after midnight, on Tuesday 26 December, police received a report of a robbery that took place in the parking lot of a commercial premises on Eastern Avenue, shortly before midnight, on Monday 25 December.
At about 1:30AM on Sunday, 24 December, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched officers to a report of a robbery which had taken place on Courts Road in George Town
At about 12:10AM on Wednesday morning, 20 December, officers from the Firearms Response Unit were dispatched to a report that shots had been fired in the vicinity of Grescott Lane in George Town.
The Cayman Islands Fire Service reported that a fire which started at the George Town landfill on Tuesday 19 December, on or about 8:00 p.m. was extinguished the same night.

Shortly after 2:30PM on Wednesday afternoon, 13 December, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the Seven Mile Public Beach. Police attended the location and made inquiries. As a result, a man age 49 of Bodden Town, was arrested on suspicion of insulting the modesty of a woman.
