A man, age 44 of George Town, was arrested early Saturday morning, 30 January, on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle. He has since been formally charged with one count of Theft and was expected to appear in court on 1 February
Over the course of the last few months, the police have conducted extensive searches which have been unsuccessful. In addition, repeated requests to surrender at their last known addresses have been ignored

Shortly before 5:45PM on Wednesday, January 20, officers responded to a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Frank Sound Road and Bodden Town Road, where a black Ford Edge had collided with a utility pole, entered the waters near the Frank Sound Boat Ramp, and overturned.

Police have now confirmed the identity of the victim in the fatal collision which occurred early Saturday morning, 16 January. He is Shayne Anthony Ewart, age 24 of West Bay.
Just before 10PM yesterday, 19 January, police were to a report of a robbery that took place along Town Hall Road, in West Bay.
