There are 1,778 estimated active cases of COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands. Eight persons are currently hospitalized for COVID-19 related causes and of these, five are unvaccinated.
The 7-day rolling average for 21 May is 114.
The Sister Islands reported 13 new cases, leaving total cases since the beginning of the pandemic at 937. Active cases in the Sister Islands are currently at 58.
