Help For Children’s (HFC) Cayman Gala will be held on Saturday, 2 November at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman with the theme of Champagne and Pearls. Guests of the HFC Cayman Gala can look forward to hearing from American financier and keynote speaker, Anthony Scaramucci.
Mr. Scaramucci is the Founder of the global alternative investment firm SkyBridge Capital and Chairman of the SALT Conference. He is a CNBC Contributor, member of the Council on Foreign Relations and, for a brief stint, was the White House Communications Director. He appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2019 and was previously ranked #85 in Worth magazine’s Power 100: The Most Powerful People in Global Finance.
Baron Jacob, Chairperson of the HFC Cayman Islands Affiliate said, “Scaramucci is a big name in the finance industry. He is frequently in the media sharing his candid perspective on finance, politics, cryptocurrency and NFTs. We are absolutely thrilled to have him onboard as the keynote this year and I’m sure his address will be every bit as enlightening and entertaining as we have come to love and expect of him.”
According to HFC’s Executive Director/COO, Sumudu Waas, MSW, “Help For Children funds the best programs to protect and heal children across our locations. Help For Children supports effective prevention and treatment options to help children heal from the trauma of abuse; teach parents, guardians and caregivers how to better protect children; and train professionals to provide the most productive treatment available.”
The Gala will feature a live and silent auction with an impressive line-up of items up for bid, including a beautiful new Audi from Car City, stunning jewellery from Kirk Freeport, a collection of rare champagnes from Cayman Distributors, a luxurious staycation package from the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and exclusive travel experiences.
The net proceeds of the HFC Cayman Gala will benefit 11 HFC grantee organizations whose programs prevent and treat child abuse in the Cayman Islands.
