CAL operations to resume Wednesday

CAL operations to resume Wednesday following the passage of tropical storm

The Government of the Cayman Islands has lifted the Tropical Storm Warning for Grand Cayman, and Cayman Airways Limited (CAL) confirms that all international and domestic flights are expected to operate as scheduled as of Wednesday September 25, 2024, weather permitting and pending the reopening of Cayman’s airports.

All ticket offices and administrative offices will also reopen on Wednesday with normal operating hours. The reservations call center lines have maintained regular hours throughout the storm thanks to customer service agents working remotely at safe locations.

Customers whose travel plans were impacted by flight cancellations due to the storm and airport closures, have been contacted directly advising of the following recovery flights that have been added for Wednesday September 25, 2024:

  Wednesday September 25, 2024 (jet service)

CAYMAN BRAC

KX3401 departs Grand Cayman at 9:15am and arrives in Cayman Brac at 9:55am

KX3402 departs Cayman Brac at 10:40am and arrives on Grand Cayman at 11:20am

NOTE: Express flights KX4003/4/5/6 have been cancelled and passengers automatically rolled to the above jet service.

HAVANA

KX3835 departs Havana at 8:00am and arrives on Grand Cayman 8:15am (Cayman time)

 

MIAMI

KX3102 departs Grand Cayman at 7:00am and arrives in Miami at 9:40am

KX3103 departs Miami at 11:00am and arrives on Grand Cayman 11:40am

 

KINGSTON

KX3602 departs Grand Cayman at 12:50pm and arrives in Kingston at 2:00pm

KX3603 departs Kingston at 3:10pm and arrives on Grand Cayman at 4:25pm
