The management of the local newspaper, Cayman Weekly has launched their latest initiative which includes a project to find part time employment for residents.
The ARP ( Advertising Referral Program) seeks to encourage referrals and also to develop a sales culture amongst the local workforce.
"We experienced significant difficulties hiring local sales personal and it is clear that a program that teaches a sales culture wil be beneficial to the Cayman Islands," says Ralph Lewis, Founder.
Interested individuals can register for this program by emailing ralph@caymanweekly.ky. Applicants will be interviewed and given basic information and training on making referrals. Registered Referral Agents wil be rewarded with a 20% referral commission if the sale is successful.
Phase 2 of the program will be the creation of a powerful sales team selected from outstanding referral agents.
