The Cayman Islands Postal Service (CIPS) has been advised that after the flights this week, British Airways (BA) will not have another flight to Grand Cayman until early January 2021. This will affect mail delivery to the Cayman Islands, including possibly Christmas mail.
Since the lock-down, 50% of CIPS inbound mail has been transported by BA. Therefore, the change to the schedule will mean that any Christmas mail that does not arrive this week, will not be received by the Postal Service until the new year.
CIPS apologises for any inconvenience this might cause.
