Charge then with attempted negligent homicide, because that is what they are doing.

Better to implement the 2 wks hard curfew but inform the public ahead of time to shop and within the 2 wks hard curfew of course they will do exemption for special cases with valid reason like person need to be admitted at the hospital. We need to try it so we can see if the positive case will goes down.

I agree with all that the Premier and the Govt has done to make our Islands safe from the spread of this virus. They have been doing a tremendous job but they need for everyone to do their part. Some people are obviously taking this virus for a joke until their irresponsible actions lead to many deaths. So before we get to that, I vote for a total lockdown of the beaches for a month or even longer if required. Also, reduce exercise days alphabetically to coincide with shopping days to keep people at home more and they can’t use every day as an excuse to be on the roads. I for one want my family and friends to be safe and make it through this Pandemic. I have a lot to live for and I want to see my first grandchild born and for all of us not to have to bury any of our loved ones. So I beg you all to stay home and listen to our Govt. Come on Cayman we can do this together. Stay home, stay safe and God bless.

Why oh why are so many people still not listening? The more you stay home, the less chance this wicked virus has of spreading. Nobody is immune, this virus is not fussy, it jumps to anyone - rich, poor, every skin colour/nationality, weak, strong, fit, healthy., old, young. CI Government have worked tirelessly, so very hard, fast & strict to try & stop this taking hold in Cayman. We all need to listen, stop being selfish & abide by the rules, not just to protect ourselves but to protect everyone around us. Please everyone Stay home- Stay safe.??

I feel frustrated now, looks like the governments effort and our sacrifices will be in vain because of other people who do not care. I am no work even before the lockdown and its no work no pay, I went to supermarket once or twice a week only with less than an hour just to shop what I need but after the update today I I don't know what to say anymore, other people are just playing and didn't take it seriously despite of whats happening in so many countries. I am really frustrated and I am afraid my frustration will end up to deppression.

I support all government efforts to help the situation. People that do not care about should be ashamed ? all the rules put in place to keep us safe should be harder since some xxxxx do not understand. No more 1-1/2 exercises, do it in your yard, whoever’s on the rd should get a fine and that is ? if it’s not your day to go out then give them a ticket and period.

Cayman islands government needs to do a 24 hrs hard curfew for at least 14 days to help stop the spreading of the virus.... that 2 days lock down can't do a thing sir... please lock everybody down because there is a lot of people on the road doing absolutely nothing!!??

By August it is projected that 60000 people will die in the U.S. from Covid. That's the entire population of the Cayman Islands. The mere fact that he would compare our infection to that country should be a wake-up call for everyone.

Alcohol als o weakens a person immune system as well and I believe right now we really need to be strengthening our systems.

Perhaps we need a leader with an actual plan instead of one who is just "really really worried". Worry doesn't help anyone, and neither does endless restrictions with no plan. All he does is post numbers, which are meaningless without a goal or end that the numbers are trying to attain. Fear is leading this country. And it is lead by a fear filled leader throwing darts while blindfolded.

I live on the beach and do not understand why the police on the ATVs are not driving up and down the beach, patrolling like they were when lockdown first started. Today not one ATV came by. There are no tracks in the sand at all. In the last two days people are not coming to exercise, but to hang out, socialize and stay all day, not for just 90 minutes. They are not physical distancing 6’ The beach looks like a mini spring break. If it was patrolled constantly and people that are not exercising and staying for over 90 minutes were fined, it would be much safer re covid 19.

I for one is proud of the work and time that is being put up by the premier the governor and mr Seymour. Mr Alden has shown composure and deserves all the respect from us and when things are going wrong has shown to be a good leader. Cudos to the whole panel keep the good work up. AND CAYMAN LETS STAY HOME AND BEAT THIS THING. LEST DO THIS BOBO.
No liquor store, liquor store must lockdown. Fine exerices.

It's time to Start testing everybody! There are enough kits to do it. It's the only way that this will stop and put more restrictions on place so people can finally understand that this virus its not s joke....

Step one. Test all active police and essential medical workers.
Step two. Close everything down, accept police and medical essential workers, for two weeks.
Give people time to get necessary food items and medicine (yes you can live for two weeks without groceries. No you don't need a lot of money to do so)
Am I the only one who is bothered by the fact that the panel keep saying it's so serious. So concerned. Pleading and begging and then turning around in the same briefing and making buy smart, baby stores, office supply stores etc "Essential". Lol. I guess Essential is a lose term these days.
If you're truly concerned about the people, SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!
