COVID-19 Positive Traveler is Sentenced to Four Months in Prison
On Monday 21 February, Stephany Clarke, a 29 year old woman from Jamaica, was sentenced to four months imprisonment for failing to comply with Cayman Islands Public Health Regulations, when she flew into Grand Cayman on 9 September with a positive PCR test.
Ms. Clarke was immediately transferred to HMP Fairbanks Women's Prison, where she will carry out her sentence
