Joining the weekly senior’s class has helped me maintain a positive outlook and active lifestyle, in a space where new and old friends can dance and laugh together. Thank you, DOS, and especially our thoughtful coach in guiding us and reminding us of the importance of mobility.

I am not an athlete, but I have always been active and enjoy how exercising makes me feel. I fondly remember my school days at the former West Bay Primary School and my excitement about participating in our annual Sports Days.
As a young adult, I earned my Advanced Open Water Scuba Diving certification, played squash, trained in karate, participated in several boot camps and ran recreationally. It has always been about stepping outside my comfort zone, taking on new challenges, and being the best version of myself.
DOS CFG is a safe, healthy environment that cultivates social connections and highlights women supporting women. Having accountability partners is crucial as we traverse this thing called life.
As a former teacher and now Head of Youth Services, I know the benefits of sports and activities for youth and seniors and how it enables individuals to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Number 14. In the Series is: Marion Pandohie
My name is Marion Pandohie and I have been teaching as a certified Group Power instructor and now Body Pump instructor for over fifteen years.
I recently did training in Body Pump in 2022 and have learned new tricks of the trade. I am an avid gym enthusiast and have been training for years. I even tried body building placing 2nd in my weight class.
In my classes I stress good technique and form, as that is priority; the weight on the bar, come second.
Anyone and everyone can do this class, there is no excuse not to give it a try! I encourage all to #InspireInclusion.

Number 16. In the Series is: Kiyanna Quinland
Occupation: Student/Athlete
Training with Falcons Track & Field Club since the age 9.
Accomplishments include:
Represented the Cayman Islands at U13 and U15 NACAC competition (2023)
Multi-time National Champion in High Jump.
Inter-Primary Division 5, High Jump Champion (2020).
Outside of track, enjoys swimming, reading and building furniture! Kiyanna encourages all to #InspireInclusion.
Number 17. In the Series is: Zoe Linwood
Zoe has been a member of the Women of Valor Basketball club for her entire athletic career.
It is the only club in the Cayman Islands that provides basketball training exclusively for girls starting as young as age 5 (once you are turning 6 within the same academic year).
The Women of Valor Basketball club provides progressive levels of basketball training as the player develops all the way into adulthood.
The club has produced 1 professional player as well as several qualified basketball coaches who all joined the club as children. Zoe, encourages all to #InspireInclusion.

Trains with: Falcons Track & Field Club
Accomplishments include:
Div. 4 Girls Shot put record holder 2023.
Sports Girl of the Year at Red Bay Primary Graduation class of 2023.
MVP for Netball and Basketball 4 consecutive weeks
