FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the addition of Rudolf Weder as a Managing Director and Leader of the Fund Administration Services practice in the Cayman Islands. Sean Lilley also joins as a Director within the practice.
FTI Consulting’s Fund Administration Services practice provides fund administration and other corporate services to private fund operators and other investment structures. The team utilizes market-leading software to streamline administration functions and to ensure clear and accurate record-keeping and investor communications.

Mr. Weder brings over 10 years of experience in the establishment, administration and accounting of investment funds in the Cayman Islands. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he was the Senior Fund Accountant for investor services group IQ-EQ, where he was responsible for accounting and administration services. Mr. Weder previously was a Mutual Fund Account Manager for CIBC Bank and Trust Company, where he serviced specialized hedge funds. His portfolio of clients included master/feeder structures and segregated portfolio companies. He managed teams of accountants responsible for the preparation of net asset value calculations, investor reporting, management of statutory audits and compilation of financial statements under IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
Mr. Lilley brings over eight years of accounting experience with the Big Four and fund administration. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he was an Accountant for Ocorian, where he provided directorship, regulatory and voluntary liquidation services. Prior to this, Mr. Lilley held positions at CIBC Bank and Trust Company and PwC in the Cayman Islands, where he specialized in hedge funds and private equity funds.
