As a collaborative effort between Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) and the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS), customers are reminded that the standard turnaround time when applying for police clearance certificates is fourteen (14) working days.
As of 5th February 2021, WORC will no longer accept the receipt showing proof of payment for a Police Clearance Certificate but will require the actual clearance certificate.
As such, customers are advised to apply in advance for their police clearance to ensure that their certificate can be submitted with the necessary applications. Non-compliance in providing this document will result in processing delays.
