The Water Authority continues to make repairs to its water distribution and production network following last week’s (28 January) earthquake.
Over the next five (5) days, the Authority will be making adjustments to its water distribution pumping system in Lower Valley, to ensure it keeps up with the daily water demands. During these works, customers who live in the Savannah and Lower Valley areas may experience lower-than-normal water pressure, between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
All customers are reminded that as post-earthquake repair works progress customers would experience intermittent water service. Where possible, customers will be provided with notice, and updates will continue to be published via the Authority’s website www.waterauthority.ky and social media. The Authority thanks its customers for their patience during this restoration process.
