SteppingStones Announce Pam Abbott as New Managing Director

The Investors in People Platinum accredited recruitment consultancy announces Pam Abbott as Managing Director of SteppingStones Recruitment. 

Founded in 2005 by Milly Serpell, Pam was hired by SteppingStones in March 2008 and quickly established herself as a key member of the team. Having been an integral part of the business throughout its growth, Pam is the ideal candidate to take over the reins from Milly who will continue to serve as Director of the organization. 

Having initially focused on the corporate immigration side of the business, Pam’s role has evolved across the years and in 2020 she was promoted to General Manager of SteppingStones. Since that time, Pam has been instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the firm and is the key point of contact for both clients and internal employees.
