The Cayman Islands Public Library Service (CIPL) is pleased to announce the ‘Make Money with Social Media’ series of e-commerce training sessions designed to empower the public to discover the financial potential of social media platforms.
The two-hour sessions will be held at the West Bay Library on Saturday, 25 November, and at the North Side Library on Saturday,2 December, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
“In today’s tech-driven world, Caymanians who wish to earn additional income can now do so by leveraging their social media accounts. This form of passive income can be quite lucrative, and to some, it is a welcome alternative to a traditional part-time job or starting a small business. As we learned throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, technology is the future of business. I applaud everyone who registers for these e-commerce classes for their commitment to technological advancement and self-sustainability, “ CIPL Acting Director Mr. Kevin Goring commented.
He continued, “The training is free to the public; however, space is limited and all interested persons are advised to contact the libraries to reserve a space.”
