Vanguard Risk Solutions recently welcomed Debbie Ebanks, Client Relationship Executive as Health Insurance Broker bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist clients to navigate the health insurance selection process from start to finish.
Debbie brings deep subject expertise across the entire category of health, enabling her to develop solutions for employers of all sizes and sectors. Clients will work directly with Debbie to help simplify the process of finding health insurance coverage to meet their business needs and budget.
Debbie brings 20 years of local and international insurance knowledge having worked with some of the world’s leading international insurance providers. Debbie began her career in insurance with Marsh in 2002 as Aetna Client Representative and then at Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) as Senior Aetna Client Representative in 2008. Following this Debbie brought her in-depth knowledge of the insurance market to Briat Insurance Ltd. as Business Development Manager.
Debbie was born in the Cayman Islands and grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and London, England. She obtained her Bachelor in Business from Manhattan College in 1982 and obtained her Health Associate (HIA) designation from AHIP in 2010. Debbie also served as Treasurer for the Cayman Islands Insurance Association (CIIA) for 3 years.
