Just before 8AM on Friday 10 April, officers were on patrol when they stopped a silver Honda Accord at the junction of West Church Street and Town Hall Road in West Bay. The vehicle was not bearing any license plates at the time. Officers spoke with the driver of the vehicle who was not able to provide valid identification. He was further arrested on suspicion of driving without being qualified and disorderly conduct. During the time that the man was in custody, he continued to behave in an aggressive manner, threatened the lives of the officers and assaulted officers.
