The International Women’s Day Brunch, hosted by the Family Resource Centre (FRC) during Honouring Women Month (HWM), attracted 150 guests to the sold-out event held at the Kimpton Seafire on Sunday, 7 March 2021.

“It’s been a challenge for our women to be elected as representatives.
My involvement in sports has been on many levels nationally and internationally representing Cayman as an athlete, an official and coach.
March is the month that the world has set aside to reflect back on the achievements of women in history; and to celebrate their accomplishments even in these “extraordinary times”.
Her very name is poetry. Her very name is art. I first met this name when my then 5-year-olds came home from Kindergarten, excited to say their first poem at the National Cultural Festival of the Arts (NCFA).
