The event brought out participation from over 1200 young persons, in addition to families and friends from across the Cayman Islands who came out to support their personal favorites over the course of the weekend.
“The four older persons were selected because of their outstanding community service track records,” said DCFS Director Paulinda Mendoza Williams.
The pas two recipients of the scholarship - Rickeem Lashley and Joshua Weaver had the distinct honor of announcing this year’s awardees - Kameron D’Hue and Shaun Jackson.
As part of the Inaugural Strongman event here in Cayman, there were many people who benefited from having the 2017 World’s Strongest Man in the country.
