Man Warned for Intended Prosecution after Failing to Stop for the Police

Just after 8:30PM on Friday night, 21 February, police and other emergency services were dispatched to Shedden Road, where it was reported that shots were fired at a location resulting in one man being injured.
Shortly before 4:00PM on Monday, 17 February, officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Bodden Town Road in the Pease Bay area. A silver Honda Accord was travelling eastbound on Bodden Town Road, when it left the roadway and collided with a wall on the roadside.
On Friday, 14 February, RCIPS officers, with the assistance of officers from the Department of Agriculture, conducted searches at three locations in the district of West Bay, under the Misuse of Drugs Law. As a result, three persons were arrested on suspicion of drug offenses.
A man, age 35 of West Bay, has been charged with two counts of Stalking in relation to a series of incidents.
The RCIPS would like to inform the East End and North Side communities that, beginning Thursday, 13 February, there will be Community Clinics being held at the North Side Police Station and the East End Police Station between 6:00PM and 9:00PM, every Tuesday and Thursday.
The RCIPS is informing the public of a fraudulent email being sent to members of the public purporting to be from the RCIPS Financial Crime Unit.

On Friday, 7 February, just before 11:20PM, police and other emergency services were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a report of a motor vehicle collision, involving two (2) vehicles, along South Side West Road in Cayman Brac.
Race Caribbean will be hosting their annual Valentine’s Mile road race on Sunday, 16 February at 4:00PM. Participants will start at Goring Avenue and travel south onto Walkers Road then west onto Memorial Avenue, north onto South Church Street and east onto Warwick Drive, ending at Bayshore Mall.
