Appointment of Acting Director of Public Prosecutions

Following a request for advice from the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, His Excellency the Governor, Martyn Roper, OBE has appointed Mrs. Candia James-Malcolm as Acting Director of Public Prosecutions effective 19 May 2021 for an initial period of three months.

Civil Servants Support Vaccination Drive

A mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Government Administration Building on Wednesday, 19 May resulted in 47 vaccine doses being administered to Cayman Islands Government employees. Among the total, 39 were first doses and eight were second doses.
