Please be advised that beginning March 18th, 2020, our Caribbean Plaza office and the main customer service center on North Sound Road will be closed to the public.
Our contact center team can be reached by email at service@cuc.ky and by phone at 949-5200. If you are unable to access a scanner, packages can be deposited via our drop box at the CUC North Sound Road location. Please call or email us to notify us of the delivery.
With the shift to online or telephone communications, we ask for your patience in the event that you encounter delays due to high demand. We are working diligently to ensure that all of our customers continue to receive excellent customer service regardless of the change in the delivery methods.
The CUC team recognizes that many of our customers may experience financial hardships over the next few months as we deal with restrictive measures implemented to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus in our community. Please note that in anticipation of the payment difficulties that may affect some of our customers, CUC has proactively taken steps to develop a plan to minimize the potential impact. We will be providing options to our clientele on a case-by-case basis.
One of the options available to qualifying customers is credit terms for a maximum of 90 days. If you have concerns in relation to making payments, whether logistically or financially, please contact our customer service team immediately and they will be happy to discuss the various options the Company has implemented for this scenario.
Disconnections have been halted for the remainder of March. To avoid having your service disconnected thereafter, please ensure that you contact a Customer Service representative to make arrangements for overdue payments.
