Cayman Islands to host Real Estate Forum

The local real estate market has been on a steady incline. But how long will this last?

The 2021 RICS Cayman Real Estate Forum which is to be held on Friday 28th May 2021 at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort, is an interactive and informative event which brings together leading figures within the Cayman Islands Real Estate market to share and discuss the market trends over the last 2 years including the Impact of COVID. Also, they will be providing insight of the future.

The session will be moderated by Mr Jeremy Hurst, Broker/Owner, IRG with presentations by Mr. James Bovell, Broker/Owner, REMAX Cayman Mr Lou Dimitrov, Real Estate Economist, Dart Enterprises Mr Matthew O’keeffe, Lead GIS Developer, Dart Enterprises and Mr Simon Watson, Partner, Charterland.

Following the presentations, Mrs Fleur Peck, Managing Director, Blue Point Consultants and Mr Uche Obi, Chair, RICS Cayman Chapter, will join the question and answer session and there will be a networking reception at the end of the event.

It is uncertain how long the boom will last.
