The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the successful completion of the first six months of its 2024 training schedule. With a commitment to workforce development and continuous learning, the Chamber has seen remarkable engagement and participation from the community.

Over the past six months, the Chamber Training Centre has enrolled more than 300 individuals in a variety of high-quality courses designed to enhance skills and knowledge across multiple sectors. A total of 48 courses were delivered, covering essential topics such as business communication, leadership, legal assistance, and entrepreneurship.

“Our training programmes have been instrumental in equipping our members and the wider community with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment,” said Chamber CEO Wil Pineau “We are thrilled with the positive response and the impact these courses have had on enhancing workforce capabilities in the Cayman Islands.”

Looking ahead to the final six months of the year, the Chamber Training Centre is excited to expand its offerings to include more tailored courses that meet the specific needs of our members. The upcoming schedule will feature new “Made for You” courses specifically designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the local business landscape.

“Our plans for the next six months include introducing additional courses that are customized to meet the evolving needs of our members,” Pineau continued. “We are committed to providing valuable and relevant training that supports the professional growth and development of our workforce. Our ‘Made for You’ courses will ensure that businesses have access to the precise training they need to succeed.”
