The Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants held its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 11 March at the George Town Yacht Club. Fifteen members were elected to serve on the CIIPA Council for the 2025-2026 term while Rosa Nolan (President), Laurie Mernett (Vice-President) and James George (Secretary) were re-appointed as officers.
“As we look to the horizon, the accounting profession is on the cusp of transformation,” Nolan said during the President’s Report. “Here in the Cayman Islands, we are uniquely positioned to lead this evolution, thanks to our dynamic community and innovative spirit.”
