The Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing will host a customer appreciation day at all three locations on Tuesday, May 25.
The event will be held at the Crewe Road location from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Breakers and West Bay locations, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Customer Service Representatives and other staff members will be on hand to engage with customers and thank them for the opportunity to serve them on a daily basis. They will also use the event to promote the various service options available at DVDL including the use of online, customer support unit and private garages for inspections.
The customer appreciation event at all locations will involve giveaways and refreshments for customers conducting transactions on the day.
