The United Nations observes 20 November as World Children’s Day. On this day, Cayman’s NCVO charity – the non-profit organisation dedicated to the care, education and well-being of children and families in need - raises funds for its Children Services Programmes: the Nadine Andreas Residential Foster Home, Miss Nadine’s Preschool and the Jack and Jill Nursery. The charity is therefore calling on volunteers to sign up for their coin drive, which requires volunteers to undertake hour and a half shifts to collect cash donations from the public.
