Committed to giving a more patient-focused experience, the Health Services Authority has re-launched its patient portal through the MyHSA Cayman App, formerly the HealtheLife app.
The MyHSA Cayman app offers secure access to health information and COVID-19 Vaccine QR code anytime, anywhere. In addition to housing immunisation information, the MyHSA Cayman Patient Portal also has the following features:
• Secure access to health records 24/7
• Request appointment with General Practice & Paediatrics
• Access to your child’s health information
• Send a message to your doctors
• View general lab and radiology written reports
• View immunisation, allergy, and health history
• Refill prescriptions online
• View COVID-19 & IgG test results
Persons who already have the HealtheLife app will be prompted to download the new MyHSA Cayman app. For first time users, MyHSA Cayman Patient portal is available to download on Google Play for android devices or App Store for iOS devices.
