New to the Cayman Islands, PalettAmerica opened on George Town’s waterfront in January 2020 to bring residents and visitors a unique, new gelato offering.
PalettAmerica creates handcrafted gourmet gelato popsicles or “Palettas”, made fresh daily in Grand Cayman with the best locally sourced, all-natural ingredients.
PalettAmerica’s popsicles feature delicious gelato flavors including favourites like Cookies & Cream, Banana Nutella, Strawberry Cheesecake and Dulce de Leche. Their menu also features refreshing vegan-friendly natural fruit flavors including Mango, Lime and Strawberry to name just a few.
