In light of the global outbreak of COVID-19 and in support of the Cayman Islands government’s efforts to limit the transmission of the virus, Island Heritage Insurance Company, Ltd. (“Island Heritage” or “the Company”) is closing its office to walk-in customers from Wednesday, 18 March until further notice. Customers can continue to reach Island Heritage Insurance online at islandheritageinsurance.com and via email at customercare@islandheritage.com.ky or claims@islandheritage.com.ky for general claims.
Ian Campbell, Director & Executive Vice President, P&C of Island Heritage Insurance, states: “As part of our commitment to our customers we are doing everything we can to limit the transmission of this virus. We are adjusting the way we operate to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, but we will remain open for business online and via email. Our teams are equipped and ready to operate remotely. This is a time for all of us to work together as a community, to do everything we can to contain the spread of COVID-19.”
