On Friday, 7 May, officers conducted a search of a residence on School Road in George Town, under the Misuse of Drugs Act. During the course of the search, officers recovered a quantity of ganja, a quantity of cocaine, and drug utensils.
The next day, a male residing at the location, age 24 of George Town, turned himself in to police and was arrested on suspicion of drug-related offenses, including possession of ganja with intent to supply, and possession of cocaine with intent to supply. He has been granted bail as investigations continue.
