Police can now confirm the identity of the deceased in the fatal collision which took place on Wednesday morning, 8 March, West Bay Road.
He is 38-year-old Abele Hiwet, an Italian national residing in Cayman.
The RCIPS expresses condolences to the family of the deceased.
