Just after 11:15AM on Monday 31 August, the Firearm Response Unit was travelling along West bay Road in the vicinity of Marsh Road, West Bay, when they received an emergency call to attend a report at an establishment located at Governor’s Square. During the course of their response, a collision occurred between to the service vehicle and private vehicle.
Neither the officers nor the occupants of the private vehicle reported injuries as a result of this collision.
The matter is currently under investigation.
