Following consultation with the National Weather Service, the Cayman Islands National Museum has decided to postpone tomorrow’s (Saturday, 14 May) Platinum Jubilee Looky Ya! event due to inclement weather predicted for the weekend.
The event will be rescheduled to take place next month.
The Museum will be open FREE to the public tomorrow, 10am to 2pm and the public is invited to see its new animatronic of Miss Annie Huldah Bodden. Miss Annie, as she was affectionately known, was a highly accomplished Caymanian of her day and was one of the first elected female members of the Legislative Assembly.
