Roydell A. Carter declares Candidacy for East End

Committed to providing a platform for his district, Roydell A. Carter BSc (Hons), MSc., DBA- (pending), has announced that he is running as an Independent Candidate for Member of Parliament in the electoral District of East End in the April 2025 elections. Running under the banner of “Integrity. Commitment. Experience.” Mr Carter says he wants the people of East End to know that their worries and issues will be heard.

“The voice of the East End people has been quiet for years and many issues are still unresolved. People are tired of the many broken promises, and that will change if I am elected to represent the people of East End,” he confirmed.

Mr Carter has worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University College Cayman Islands for the past three years, and for the 30 years prior in various management levels within government, at Director level. He also has five years of experience working within Cayman’s financial services industry.

A firm believer in working collaboratively with constituents, Mr Carter says his motto, “Together, We Can” sums up how he anticipates representing the district of East End.

“I pledge to communicate and work tirelessly for the people of East End to bring about real change for all,” he confirmed.
