The Special Olympics Cayman Islands (SOCI) Sports Programme has received a boost courtesy of Scotiabank. The financial institution has signed on as a silver sponsor of the 14th Annual SOCI Golf Classic, set to take place at North Sound Golf Club on January 17.
The event will bring together golf enthusiasts, corporate teams, and community supporters for a day of fun, competition and purpose.
Proceeds from the event will directly support SOCI’s mission to empower individuals with special needs through sports training and competition.

Special Olympics Cayman Islands provides year-round sports training and competitions for children and adults with special needs, promoting physical fitness, confidence, and inclusion.
The funds raised through the Golf Classic will help ensure that SOCI can continue to expand its programmes and reach even more athletes across the Cayman Islands.
