Dear Prime Minister,
It is with an understanding of what personal grief is, that I write to you on behalf of the Representatives and the Parliament of the Cayman Islands, to extend deep and heartfelt sympathies on the untimely passing of your dear brother, Warren Mottley.
We are saddened to learn of the recent loss of your brother, and it is with deep regret that we write expressing sorrow to you and your bereaved family. The death of a loved one is never an easy burden to bear and I empathise and know all too well the pain that you are feeling.
We wish you strength during this difficult period of loss and sadness.
Please accept on behalf of the Parliament of the Cayman Islands our sincere and heartfelt condolences in your sad loss.
