On Tuesday morning, 9 February, RCIPS officers in North Side conducted a proactive operation in the vicinity of Further Road, North Side. Officers conducted a search of a property under the Misuse of Drugs Law and recovered bags containing suspected ganja, as well as ganja plants.
Two persons, a woman age 34 of West Bay, and a man age 58 of North Side, were arrested on suspicion of consumption of ganja and possession of ganja with intent to supply.
