Water Authority – Cayman wishes to advise its valued customers of the following holiday hours at both its Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac offices:
• Tuesday, 24 December 2024
o Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
o Cashiers will close at 11:00 a.m.
o Office will re-open Friday, 27 December 2024
• Tuesday, 31 December 2024
o Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
o Cashiers will close at 11:00 a.m.
o Office will re-open Thursday, 2 January 2025
The Board, Management and Staff of the Water Authority wish its customers and the public a safe and healthy holiday season.
Cayman Brac Holiday Season Trucked Water Notice 2024
Water Authority—Cayman would like to advise its valued customers in Cayman Brac to place all trucked water orders in advance of the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Trucked water orders placed on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 will not be delivered until Friday, 27 December 2024. Orders placed on Tuesday, 31 December 2024 will not be delivered until Thursday, 2 January 2025.
Water deliveries placed on or requested for the following dates will incur an emergency fee:
• Saturday, 21 December 2024
• Sunday, 22 December 2024
• Thursday, 26 December 2024
• Saturday, 28 December 2024
• Sunday, 29 December 2024
There will be no water deliveries on Christmas Day (Wednesday, 25 December 2024) or New Year’s Day (Wednesday, 1 January 2025). NO EXCEPTIONS
