70 Positive COVID 19 cases reported on Wednesday

At 8 a.m. on Wednesday, 8 December Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Lee reported that 1170 PCR tests had been conducted since 8 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 December. The Public Health Department reported 70 positive results from these tests, two in travellers and 68 coming from the community.

At 8 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 December Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Lee reported that 530 PCR tests had been conducted since 8 a.m. on Monday, 6 December. The Public Health Department reported 61 positive results from these tests, one in a traveller and 60 coming from the community.
